NEET-UG 2025: NTA Releases Dates for Application Form Correction

The National Testing Agency, NTA, has instructed the NEET aspirants who are taking their National Eligibility Entrance Test, NEET - UG 2025, to make necessary changes in the submitted application form. Here is an opportunity for the NEET aspirants to make changes at neet.nta.nic.in , if any. The NEET -UG application form will be opened from March 09 to March 11, 2025.  

A NEET aspirant is allowed to change their information wherever it is essential and for that, the aspirant may have to remit a fee when it is needed. The cutoff date and time for the NEET applicant is up to 11:50 pm on March 11, 2025 and later any attempt to make the changes in the application will be discarded. However, one must follow the simple steps so as to correct mistakes by utilising the services rendered at the NEET’s official website.  

Simple Steps to Make Corrections of Application on  NEET Website

• Open the official website of NEET ( neet.nta.nic.in). 
• The aspirant must click the candidate’s login tab. 
• On the application form page, the aspirant must fill out the details of application number, password, and security code. 
• The applicant must identify the link that reads the ‘correction in application form’ and then open the application form. 
• The applicant must edit the areas for correction and then upload the supporting documentation. 
• Note: Depending on the nature of adjustments it may be necessary to remit additional fee.
• The applicant must double-check the changes and make the submission of the final version. 
• After making the necessary corrections, the applicant must click the submit button and then save the confirmation page for later use. 

NEET - UG 2025 Exam Details  

National Eligibility Examination Test - Under Graduate 2025 exam is scheduled for Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 2 pm to 5 pm. NTA conducts this exam in 552 exam centres and 14 international locations.  The mode of examination is pen and paper mode in an offline method. 

The finalists who get qualified in the NEET entrance examination will be eligible to seek admission in undergraduate medical or allied health courses. However, NEET - UG is a national level test, a pathway for NEET aspirants to make entry into MBBS, Dental, Ayurveda, Veterinary, nursing, and other life science programmes across the country.

March 07, 2025 was the last date for the NEET aspirants to submit the application form and NTA will be permitting the applicants to make corrections from March 09, 2025 to March 11, 2025 if any.
