The syllabus for JEE Mains 2024 has been released by the National Testing Agency (NTA). There have been some chapter deletions and syllabus reductions, particularly in Chemistry. The NTA conferred with a number of boards and made these changes to align the syllabus with the NCERT curriculum for Class 11 and 12 students. With a shorter syllabus, aspirants will have more time to get ready. The tests will take place between January and April of 2024, with the application deadline being November 30, 2023. Here is the detailed topics removed from each subject.

Topics removed from the Mathematics syllabus

• Mathematical Reasoning 
• Mathematical Inductions 
• A few topics were removed from three dimensional geometry

It is recommended that students prepare for the exam using the updated JEE Mains syllabus for 2024. The session 1 exam is planned to take place online from January 24 to February 1, 2024. The April session of JEE Main 2024 will be held at various exam locations across the nation from April 1 to April 15, 2024.
