The cornerstone of the Resonance is a team of India's best faculty members. Many of our faculty members for the Pre-Engineering division are IITians/NITians and Doctors from India's leading Medical Colleges for the Medical Division and CA/CS/ MBAs/Law Graduates for the Commerce and Law Programme Division.
All faculty members are chosen through a rigorous procedure that includes applicant review, written tests, demonstration lectures, and personal interviews. Faculty members who are newly hired go through an intensive training program called the Faculty Training Programme (FTP), where their knowledge, attitude, and communication skills are polished.
