As a part of the transformational journey for Intermediate students of Resonance in Hyderabad, ‘Learn from Legends’ - an inspirational platform- has been initiated, which is a first-of-its-kind in Hyderabad. This program is scheduled to be hosted monthly and will be a cornerstone activity to inspire and motivate our young, IIT & NEET aspirants. However, a grand launch was initiated in this issue on September 11, 2025, at Satya Sai Nigamagamam, Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad. Thus, opening doors to a motivational journey for students, faculty, and educators by introducing the most decorated bureaucrats and social thinkers. On September 11, 2025, the program was graced by Dr. Jitendra IPS, DGP, Telangana State Police, & Akella Raghvaendra, a renowned Mentor and IAS Coach. They were the star attractions of the day, and their speech was truly motivational, inspiring our young turks.

He is considered to be one of the best officials, a recipient of the President’s Medal, and many more. His success note can be ascribed to unwavering attention, discipline, ethical leadership, and dedicated public service. Through the motivational lecture, he illustrated several examples and a few underlying principles that shall lead to success in a career and in life. It is the development of a self-disciplined mind, no shortcuts in life, improve intellect, and morality. Everybody has huge potential. Tap your intellect, focus your attention, and drive in for success. During his presence on the platform, DGP delivered wonderful notes to the students of Resonance colleges.

Aekella Raghavendra Garu motivated young hearts by providing leadership insig.hts and transformations. His key takeaways were that true success lies in character, purposeful action, and clarity. According to him, there is never negativity in life. During the interactive session, he provided a wonderful suggestion before deciding on a career or important aspects in life. To check whether you can suit a specific job, you must apply the three Qs in that scenario. They are intelligence Quotient, Creative Quotient, and Emotional Quotient. It is mostly applicable for students of Resonance Schools and colleges.

Resonance Vision Behind the Curtain

Addressing the meeting, Mr. Purna Chandra Rao N, Director of Resonance Educational Institutions, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, spoke to students about his viewpoint on unshakable focus and unstoppable you, citing an example from the 12th-fail movie. He said that unshakable focus on securing the desired goal is possible provided one maintains an unwavering focus on the set objectives. Everybody who views the movie - 12th fail will have a personal opinion and draw one inference or another. When a student relates the passion of the main character in the film as unstoppable, it can ignite the student’s passion as well. It all depends on the way you view and perceive it.

Being the first of its kind, he wants this platform to be a movement inspired by a generation of leaders of various walks of life. By seeking motivation from legends, he advises students to transform themselves into well read responsible citizens.

In the end, Sri Purnachandra Rao. N, Director of Resonance Hyderabad, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the guests. He further complimented them for taking the time to nurture young Resonites despite their hectic daily schedule.
